This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not contain a contact form. Fonts are served locally from this server, not from external providers. No third-party content (such as videos, maps or social media plugins) is embedded.

Personal data is processed only to the extent technically necessary to deliver the website, and when you send me an email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files), in particular:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• browser and operating system used

This data is technically required to display the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without errors. This data is not combined with other data sources. The retention period of the log files is determined by Vercel.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.

If you send me an email, I process the information you provide (email address, name, content of your message) in order to respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a collaboration or employment, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). I delete your data once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links to LinkedIn and Substack. Simply visiting this website does not transfer any data to these providers. Only when you click a link are you taken to their websites, where their respective privacy policies apply.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Right to object. Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
